Ok, I am homebound. For those who don't know, Its when a personal teacher comes to my house to teach me. Every day, after she is done with public school she comes to my house (Around 3 pm) to teach me.

Some days she can't be there because in mid winter we had a week of no school because it snowed, of course she had to make those days up. Now, I end up having to make up the days she had to make up.

Today, I was living the free life, watching TV when my mom called saying I had 12 hours of school to make up. I have no work to be done so I am just playing boring math games for an hour everyday.

Also, my school District Office is a real pain in the ass in many ways.

Ok, long story short

I was in a Magnet School called STEMS, I wasn't too smart for it after a year and a half & got kicked out.

I went to public school, made no friends, (no tribal) %95 were black.

I was now Homebound. Alone forever.

I think what he means is, after public school lets out, a teacher from there goes to his house. He said it completely wrong, though.
