Malware. Whilst fixing, He took control. He is abusing the system that lets you remote control it. That or he really is fixing it from his office. Software does exist.

You are stupid. How would some random guy in LA know your computer is infected? And why would you wait 5 hours? He was probably stealing your files or something.

Next time use Malwarebytes. It's better than the big name paid antiviruses.
