Losing Bricks during saves

This happens often.
I have a build with over 60k bricks.
Very Often I will lose alot of areas that are rather far from the center of the map.
Reloading old saves can fix this sometimes.
But not always.
I reloaded an old save and went from
44k to 66k bricks.
I still lost around 1k bricks.
How do I make this stop?

You have to have all the bricks that it uses.

Well then it's very odd how this could happen, isn't it. 

Is this your save? Was it made on someone else's server?

I made the build, on my server.
This happens alot.
I'll save, start up later, and load it.
I'll save 65k bricks and end up with 44k bricks out of 44k bricks. so its not like it was 44,000/65,000
So it can't be stuff being disabled.
ITs like its not registering or saving them.
Maybe its because of the distance?

Well.. If its distance? Then how come some saves work completely?

I though to save all the bricks they must be "visible" within the maximum draw distance.

But that brings to question why sometimes my builds saves correctly and sometimes it doesn't.
