Larger signature?

I happened to notice that you cant have much more than 2 quotes, or 3 pictures in your signature. But, it a number of other peoples' profiles, I noticed that they sometime have up to 5 or 6 pictures/quotes. Is there some sort of granted signature expansion or something similar to that given by Admins?
