Its a gif, he renamed it "24on9cw.jpg.gif"

My properties still says JPEG image.

Actually, if you have Firefox it says GIF Image in parenthesis...
I didn't notice that.

Tinypic renames the image. It's just a gif but it got renamed to whatever.jpeg
