Cool. I remember my old PS1 games having similar graphical glitches.

I'd rather get to the point then your lame jokes.

Also, it goes away once I turn off both dynamic lighting options.

Start > Run > dxdiag
Post entire contents of the first tab, and the "Display" tab.

Reminds me of when I was messing around with 3D skybox in Source SDK.

Something tells me you aren't logged in as administrator or something.

Anyways, intel integrated graphics.

That's probably an issue.

Presuming that you're OS is 32-bit as 99% of prebuilts are, and the fact that you don't have more than 3GB memory, update your drivers using the link below:

Download the package, and run it. There should be instructions bundled within the download somewhere.
The driver updater in Windows isn't that good.
