When my dad gets into rage, my sister and I perform the anti-violence drlll: Get food and a large cup of water, lock the door, barricade it with something we have in our rooms and wait for a few hours to pass.

My mom broke my 600$ PC.

Guess who paid for repair? Me, yet I didn't bitch about it.

My parents are pretty cool... My Dad has some anger issues, but not to the point of breaking things. Usually, he only gets that mad when he's trying to fix things.

Since I was 14-15 I stopped allowing my parents to get pissy. I settled arguments by telling them to stop talking and cutting them off if they yelled.
And now my parents and I get along just fine.

You obviously don't either.

My dad broke my monitor once and I didn't have a computer to play for 8 months, was a horrible, dark, lonely time.

What does he have against skype?
