Download the zip file. Right click it and select Copy. Go to your Add-Ons folder. Rigt click in an empty space. Select Paste.

Whatever addon you want to download. For instance, Server_ClockBricks.zip

Then you have a corrupt client Addon.
Try finding and deleting the bad one.

Just delete every file in the Add-Ons folder that start with Client_.
