Need help with animating in GIMP.

I saved this as an Animation and that's all I get.
It has 4 frames, each supposedly changing every 100 milliseconds.

What am I doing wrong exactly?

As far as I am concerned yes.

I recreated the image, and it works fine when viewing with a default image browser.
However whenever I upload it it doesn't work.

Just save them each as separate .gif files and use http://www.whitsoftdev.com/unfreez/ to animate them.
The GIMP is really confusing to use, especially when it comes to animations.
