Really now, what I meant was it's cold outside and to turn on a fan would blow cool air around. Thus making cold air + fan is a bad idea at the moment.

Also try out new things. For instance, running, camping, and swimming. It is summer, after all.

Getting out of the way of boredom and inactivity prevents certain addictions. In fact, it helps prevent obesity in the form of "boredom consumption" (Where you eat as a result of boredom) as well as it can prevent smoking in the form of "procrastination/nicotine addiction" (Which allows you the time and money to be able to smoke).

Nevertheless, stay active.

Cold is good. I don't see how that's a bad idea.

Just because I smoke docent mean I'm not physically active. I do have a positive self image. I may have an addiction but I am slowly stoping it as mentioned in the other post. I do have perspective, from what others say and think. Getting back to the activities, I do swim alot, I do run at least 8 miles a week if not, more.

Well, to start this off. I am slowing down. And trying to quit. Ever since grade 6 this started, it went from about a pack a week to a pack maybe a month. I am going to quit, but not right now.
