Theres only around about 3/2 active admins on the RTB chat, there life is not to 24/7 monitor it, that's why BlockBot is there for, Ephialtes and other admins are helping test RTB 4, why should they take there time out, to go and ban everyone who is spamming, while they could be working on something for RTB 4 Chat, so there is no spam? Plus, is this spam affecting you anyway shape or form? If you want to talk to a friend, use Private Chat, if you don't want General Chat to annoy you, just ignore it or change a setting to make sure it doesn't bleep up at you.
Also, about Blah2, message one of the moderators like Ephialtes and give him proof, unlike the spamming, this is a serious issue.
