I'm having some issues sleeping recently. I am in Arizona right now and I'm not sleeping well. I can't sleep until 3 AM or later and then I wake up at 7 o'clock. What should I do?

I sleep under covers usually and I don't really move much. It's usually pretty hot in my room for some reason, I have the air in my house at like 67 and the fan is on. Still hot. loving AZ

If your on vacation its because your not used to that timezone and it will take time to adjust, I sleep about 3 -4 hours a day, I have no problem with sleeping anywhere.

Try sleeping or taking a rest of 5-10 minutes whenever you feel tired, you'll slowly adapt to a normal sleeping time.
