Steam community and support isnt working

Whenever I go on steam, and click the community, this is what comes up:


Seems to be working fine for other people.

Anyone know how to fix this?

And also, won't let me go to steam support either.

I've had this problem before, lasted for a couple weeks then suddenly went back to normal. No clue what causes it.
