What the forget you guys?
Why do you all have terrible parents?
It all seems pretty bad, but holy stuff, half the forums probably have terrible parents.

I could think of a better /rant thread, but I'm tired.

Short story short: y u have sucky parents?

EDIT: Also, what's with all the parent threads lately? It's getting a tad annoying.

Everyone is spamming the offtopic section with "MY PARENTS WON'T LET ME DO ______" threads.
Is it about time of year that parents start getting cranky or something?

Probably less than 5% of this forum have "bad" parents. 99% of anyone here complaining about their parents are just teenagers, it's expected.

It's not that they have terrible parents, it's that they're at the stage in life in which they get caught emotionally disturbed and subconsciously exaggerate the situation to make the parents out as the bad guys. It's just a teen thing, when you grow out of the hormonal angsty period you realize everything your parents do for you.

Nobody is without weaknesses, so it's not uncommon for kids like on this forum to blow those flaws out of the water and make it sound like they all need new families.
