It takes a few minutes before it starts this. I posted this in general discussion because I wasn't so sure about it being in Help.
I've never had this problem until today. I can't fake this either because I can't do stuff in Paint.NET, I only use Paint.NET to make avatars for accounts I have on different forums. I also use it so I can save images from print screen.

Computer specs? Try updating your graphics drivers as well. Also, check you GPU temperature. Speedfan is an excellent program for this task.

Sometimes stuff like this can happen if your GPU is dying and/or has limited support for OpenGL.
It probably just cooled down or something.
