I'm sorry but this clan will never go anywhere. Look at other clans. They have a proper layout. Not some text just going 'plz join'. Plus, what's wrong with having a BL ID over 20000 or under 100? That's basically being tribal, but with BL IDs. Plus having a Black Ops clan won't work, because this is blockland. Some advice:

Get a proper layout, with headers and a bit more information.
Change the theme of the clan (e.g like building in general, modern building, medieval building, eventing) Also, make sure you are good at the thing you set your clan to do.
Get some members BEFORE making the clan topic.
Don't discriminate people via ID.
Use correct grammar.
Don't be a douche to people.

If you think this may be too hard I suggest you just join a different already made clan that and/or is already successful.
