Woo! It's summer! Now I can have some form of income!

Anyways, I will post my progress.

Case: Corsair 600T White Edition
I really love this case, it has a nice design, and a lot of space for my stuff.

Intel Core i5 760
I have always loved Intel-based PCs, and Intel generally has better performing processors. Only 80 dollars more than the AMD Phenom, so I'm going for it.[/url]

The PSU
I figured 650 watts would be good if I ever needed to upgrade. Which I will.

GTX 460
Gotta love Nvidia. In this case, I'm gonna go with the GTX 460, it is a great price right now, and I love it's performance.

Evga motherboard

8GB corsair 1333Mhz RAM.  
I might just download some RAM, though.

Western Digital Caviar Black, 1TB 7200 RPM disk drive.

Lite-On Optical drive
 I don't know much about these things but the review says it's good.

Windows 7 Home premium

I am mainly building this to play upcoming games such as GTA 5, BF3, and so on.

Also, I plan to have this built by December.

They are very good cards, but they'll struggle with those engines, with high detail especially.

get AMD Phenom II x4 Black Edition, only 115 on newegg and should be pretty reliable

The only complaint I have on your build is the Intel. I find Intel often overpriced and doesn't dish out the power you're paying for. I'd go with AMD out of personal preference.

Waiting for 500 series to drop price. People always go out and buy the new series then like two years later it's less than half the original price. I'd hold out for another year. You can always just do dual sli with another 400 series.

I am kind of hung up on that. Though I am an Intel fan, I have been looking into AMD more recently. My friend has an AMD Phenom, coupled with the GTX 460 (I'm very jealous of him, we played GTA 4 almost all night at his house, lol) and it performs well. I have it in my head that Intel generally performs better, because I have used Intels all of my life, except for the stuffty single core AMD I am on currently at my mom's house, which is slow as forget.

I don't know what to call this either lol.
