I am quite glad I left america while I did, i feel alot more free here in australia.
austrailia bans more movies, books, music, games then even germany lol. and thats a ton.

forget healthcare and crime. i wont live somewhere where i cant entertain my balls off without the government up my ass.

the US got plenty of problems, but its still basically the most free place on earth.
granted that apples to much more important things as well. i just dont give a stuff about them.

Wow that is scary. Good job I live in England :)

I also however live in england, we have the medical stuff right but we still have the stuff job position, but i've got enough cash in the bank to secure my place here, i am considering moving to somewhere nice in Europe, the point is, every country has a downside, england is stuff climate, spain would be a nightmare for us brits, Italy maybe... France forget no.

Lol this is entirely true, and our highway system is starting to gtfo, because of lack of propor inspection, highway overpasses are going to crumble.

I've always been curious about living in Western Europe. Too bad I'm not old enough yet.

honestly, word of advice, not the UK, the entire place is falling apart, traffic, VAT is shooting up, which is around 20%, shooting up the prices for PCs and stuff, university prices are going up, around manchester, preston & chorley is a stuffhole, you've got the odd hobo, chavs, murders, hell i even saw a criminal chased by a cop walking home at SEVEN PM in a PUBLIC market.

I like the healthcare system in the UK but my local hospital is handicapped.

I was there for an operation, I was meant to be starved of food and water overnight. They starved me for 16-17 hours, they just took me to the children's ward and left me there. Then a doctor came in and told us we'd have to wait for at least another 2-3 hours and a maximum of 8. At that point we left and paid £200 at a private hospital for it.
"We put children first, always."

Bullstuff.

On the matter of crime. My area is pretty good, Kent is a nice place, beautiful in fact. Some people call it "The Garden of England" because of the many farms and famous produce. Lots of Grammar schools down here so we're generally known as snobs.

You know, I think America is pretty much as free as it gets. What percent of the world are people allowed to form mass (non-violent) protests without being arrested or shot? In how many places can you freely criticize the government?
Do people get shot for protesting in USA?

Really, now? What freedom do you have that Swedes don't?

Maybe carrying a gun around? Although, I'd rather not have that freedom.

You're a foreigner, you wouldn't understand.

Our stuff is better then most of the other stuff.

"the freedom to not wear seatbelts while driving"

Now that would be American.

You're a foreigner, you wouldn't understand.

People are idiots and guns are dangerous things.
I'd rather that gun ownership be illegal than have to either put my faith in humanity (bahahaha) or be constantly wary that some idiot who fancies himself as Rambo might pull out a gun and mow down half a streets worth of pedestrians
