It's a codified legal statute that states all American citizens that are permitted to own a gun under law will not have that ability arbitrarily confiscated by the government. It is absolutely a legal right in America. You're welcome to say you disagree with it. You're welcome to say "it might be a legal right but it is not a natural right." But if you're saying it's not a right in America, you are absolutely wrong and fundamentally do not understand the law here.
