Even when stuff gets stufftier in the US, I refuse to leave. Our country may be in the stuffter, but the American ideology still exists, and it's something I'd fight for. Leaving is giving up on something I truly believe in, leaving is a coward's way out.

In closing, I want to remind you of something: unless you are an American Indian or a descendant of slaves, at some point your ancestors chose to leave their homeland in search of a better life. They weren’t traitors and they weren’t bad people, they just wanted a better life for themselves and their families. Isn’t it time that you continue their journey?

I don't give a stuff about that old piece of paper signed by a bunch of dead guys.
Being allowed to own weapons in order to defend yourself against other people who are also allowed, by this piece of papers opinion, to own weapons and wouldn't own them at all if they weren't allowed to because of said piece of paper is not a right, it's counter-productive and loving stupid

There is no 'New world', or better life to travel to dumbass.

Typical foreigner. You're just jealous.

And I refuse to abandon the homeland. My ancestors may have migrated, but that's not how I roll. I'd glady fight and die in revolution, but quitting isn't an option.

Typical foreigner.

If being a "Typical foreigner." means I'm allowed to have some amount of common sense then I wouldn't have it any other way

I live in the UK and I'm going on a trip to California this summer. I can't wait.

Typical reaction from an American.
Yes, do exactly what he did, generalize millions of people as a rebuttal to the same type of faulty logic, that's totally an argument.

You're stupid. I hope when you come to america, or become a citizen you'll be embarrassed about what you've said.

I'm doing the same as him.

by this piece of papers opinion
Perhaps you do not understand how this works. That piece of paper's opinion is the law of the land. It's a codified legal statute that states all American citizens that are permitted to own a gun under law will not have that ability arbitrarily confiscated by the government. It is absolutely a legal right in America. You're welcome to say you disagree with it. You're welcome to say "it might be a legal right but it is not a natural right." But if you're saying it's not a right in America, you are absolutely wrong and fundamentally do not understand the law here.

What are your reasons for this belief?

I think he means that owning a gun while everyone else owns a gun just cause everyone else owns a gun isn't something anyone in their right mind would actually want.
Something like that.

come to america, or become a citizen

AHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAH.
Dear god I hope you were joking, if anything I'd move to China and teach English, at least then I'd have a secure economy and I'd be surrounded by other people with the same level of common sense as me.
