honestly, word of advice, not the UK, the entire place is falling apart, traffic, VAT is shooting up, which is around 20%, shooting up the prices for PCs and stuff, university prices are going up, around manchester, preston & chorley is a stuffhole, you've got the odd hobo, chavs, murders, hell i even saw a criminal chased by a cop walking home at SEVEN PM in a PUBLIC market.
