Hey. Some of you may or may not remember me. I used to play Blockland a few years ago, I don't really know how many, maybe like... 2 or 3...? Anyway, the time isn't important right now. To the point, I got bored of the game, but now I've been wanting to play it again. So you know, I go on the main website and do the key recovery thing. It says it sent an email with the key to that address. So you know, I go and check it, but it isn't there.

What I'm wondering is is there a delay in between the "request" to send the email and actually sending the email? Or is something up? Thanks to anyone that can help~.

Ah, silly me. Just saw in the Troubleshooting FAQ that it's not always instant. Locking this topic, sorry. Also, I don't see an edit button, so sorry for the double post...

Don't worry about it, but it look like 3 months of semi-continuous trying for me to get my key :s

Probably wont take as long for you, though.

Really, a whole three months? Seems rather inefficient... =/

Oh well. I guess I'll periodically check my email's inbox. I'm mainly wondering if the query went through, though.

Right, it's been nearly a week since I submitted the key recovery request, and I still have no received any email. I know someone said that it took them three months to get their key, but is there some form of support that I could talk to about this? It's a tad concerning, to be honest.

I got it instantly after I submitted request.

Just making it a fact that if it takes you longer than an hour to get your key... you should re-submit a request for the key. It should only take 1-3 minutes for the email to arrive if not instant.
