Not sure if this has been posted before, but yeah.
Involves assigning that model with Smoothing Group 1 & 3, then unwelding the model.

Here's another way to make flat shaded models in MS3D, select the whole model or just a part of it, and go to Tools and hit Tile Texture Generator :P

that's a horrible way of doing it Masterlegodude, and if you have a textured model, it'll fusk it up too.

I found out how to FlatShade things the other day but didn't have any thing to try it on. Can't wait to see what people will come up with now.
