I like 1920's - 50's.  Louis Armstrong, Frank Sinatra, Bing Crosby, Billie Holliday.. etc.

I might actually change it from 1900-1918 to 1900-1950, cause Frank Sinatra was awesome.

Better than the dumb pop we have today.
