Read through this article for a bounty of loving handicapped conspiracy theories about making the population into midgets. It's asinine, and that's about all I can say about it.

Did you know, Dwarfs and Midgets are not the same.

Dwarfs are people who are small but are not proportionate to the human body. (longer arms than lower body ect.)

Midgets are people who are proportionate to the actual human body, just at a smaller scale.

Anyways that was a fun read, I was kinda hoping that they were of another species at one point though. Would of been more fun having different types of Humanoids roaming the Earth. That was a long time ago though.
