That's not an answer to my question :P

I'll assume you just didn't want to spend the extra $50 or you weren't thinking about it.

I actually got the same CPU as you back in December, it's pretty sad because the sandy bridge cpu's came out a month later for the same price. I regret it because it probably would have made a very noticeable difference in emulating some games.

Why would you ever even need a wireless mouse anyway? Are you planning on using your computer from the other side of your room or something?

My mouse's batteries lasted forever. Its just annoying as hell always having the cord wrapped all over the damn keyboard tray.
