Being a furry isn't like coming out of the closet. If you were a the guild leader of a game, would you be compelled to tell people IRL if they weren't interested in said game? If they aren't furries, there's no reason to tell them because 99% of the time, it won't affect them. It's not really a life style choice that heavily influences your decision making process.
