So the Slow Pro is a Rumbler with a hook?

Slow Pro was the Big Daddy planned for the first game, but cut. Then finished for the second game. It was cooler, but its design just barely didn't fit.

I was all like:

'Eh, this is doomed to fail, I don't really even like those models very much, rather messy'

and then I saw this:
add me as a modeler, i'll gladly help you all

and I was like: Saved.

Im really happy now know why? I got a PC Gamer magazine with a Bioshock Infinite Cover and mini poster to boot! :3

Go buy me one.

Now.

I made an incinerate plasmid.

I don't play Bioshock that much, I only have the demo. All particle effects are generally accurate, and they can be changed very easily. Try it out and see what you think.

When you fire your hand sparks with a small flame, like in Bioshock.
It has the large spray-e explosion effect.
It has an eve hypo model that could be better.
Also first ingame content get.

Extrude.

That. Is. Amazing.

I played the game a bit more, and changed it so it has no fire trail and a larger explosion.

I have to admit that does look awesome.

It looks alot better with the AdminWandEmitterA trail instead of the custom one, but it's not very accurate.

Does Incinerate in Bioshock 2 have a trail?

I believe so and it is also a constant stream of fire like a flamethrower.
