Recommend me a power supply... DONE

So, I can't get a 3ds for my birthday due to money problems, so I'll probably upgrade my computer a bit.
Max cost is $200, would be better if it costs $150.
Dimensions of the case are 15.4 × 7.3 × 17.9 inches.
It's a Gateway GT5014, with support for 667/533/400MHz DDR2 240-pin RAM (max 4gb).
Runs Windows XP Media Center 32bit, also, it's motherboard is 10.4 × 10.5 inches.
Suggest me a good, yet cheap single-slot graphics card, decent 667MHz DDR2 RAM, and a power supply to go with it. I want it to at the least, run Hitman: Blood Money, Garry's Mod, and Unreal Tournament 3 at max settings, and possibly with 2-4x AA.
EDIT: 4GB DDR2 667 seem to be my upgrades-to-order so far. $150 left in maximum budget.
Recommend me a cheap graphics card and a cheap power supply to go with it.

By googling it instead of going to newegg, I found a 1GB one for $75.90.
AND IT LOOKS LIKE IT'S DIRECTLY FROM NVIDIA HOLY stuff.
I now need a good power supply to go with it.
All of it MUST fit within the dimenisons of my case.

Theres no way you can get a cheap power supply , Graphics card and  memory, sorry.

All graphic cards are over 250 - 1000 I know of and Power supplys are 300 and more.

A 9800gt is an absolutely terrible investment now, don't do it. There are far better cards for cheaper. We're in 2011, not 2007.

I wasnt screaming I rushed the post because (I was going to play with my friends but there gone now) and I forget punctuations
