I have seen some software specifically developed to block zero-day attacks. I forgot the name, I will have to look it up.

Yeah, governments should employ hackers to attempt to hack our security systems, and if they do and figure out a solution, they get 500k, or more.  China is actually starting to hack, the government itself, I mean.  I feel like cyber warfare might become a new "front."
