But lets say he still runs everything he just never updates it again and there are no bugs
isn't that what's currently going on? :cookieMonster:

It isn't really bug-free.

Badspot died
Blockheads host a funeral
Badspot's blockland stuff is still managing alone
Nobody more people can buy blockland
That would be harsh :(

Well, my peak playing time is around updates, so I would probably start gradually playing less and less to the point where I uninstall.

The other day, I was at my Field Biology Bio. They made the tests too easy, I finished early with everyone else. I started pondering how Blockland would run if Badspot died. Did he give enough stuff to someone to literally take up the game legally? I mean, source code, updated and functional.

By all my thought, I believe that if Badspot were to go, Blockland would stagnate and die. The master server would die first, and we'd need Kalph or someone to create a new master server and mod our games to work off of it. Maybe Ephi would help... But, in the end, we'd be lost. Could we continue buying accounts if his Paypal closes?
Blockland is founded on Blockland LLC. Whoever Badspot legally engraves as his successor with the State of Oregon is who will take control of Blockland LLC. He who controls the LLC legally has responsibility for its property (Blockland).

Why would you say it like that?
That post isn't a legal document.
It would be more understandable had you said "Whoever Badspot says gets it, gets it."

I simplified it a lot. Business uses complex terms. That was just a taste of it. If you saw how businesses worked it would scare the living crap out of you.

What would I do?
Before or after the bullet to the brain?

No it wouldn't, stuffhead.
I understood what you said perfectly, it's just annoying to see or hear people talk or type like that in a casual situation.

stuffhead.
U Mad?

No it wouldn't, stuffhead.
Yes, it would. BBB, Bailment, Tax Returns, Fantasy Names, Copyright, Documentation, Licencing, Incorporation. When you Incorporate you have to keep record of all your profit gains and losses. There are certain measures that you have to take to file tax returns or your screwed with a lawsuit from the IRS just by doing your math wrong. Just one of the webs of the world of business. I guess it would make since for me to know that it is scary since I have a Web-Design business of my own. If you'd like to not believe me you can grow up, start a business of your own, and then you can see that legal is the scariest thing you will ever encounter.
