Author Topic: My Neck is Sore.  (Read 584 times)

My neck is like really sore, when I bend my head down so it touches my chin it hurts. It also hurts when I touch it.

That probably is a result of you sitting in an awkward position at the computer for too long. Lay down for a bit, then go outside.

It might be neck pains.

It's too late, you have meningitis.

I remember a while ago, even moving my head caused me agonizing pain..

It might be from sitting on the computer all day not getting any rest on your neck.

I spend 17 hours a day gaming etc on my computer, and have for about 2 years, and have never had a sore neck.

Thanks for the positive help and/or feedback.

I've got a sore neck, let's ask a forum for a online lego like game for help, and expect serious answers!

When looking upward in comparison to your torso direction, you may sometimes get stiffness or kinks in your neck.
What I do is:

1. Swivel my head around a few times. It loosens the spinal cord so you aren't as stiff. (If you hear cracking, that's normal.)

2. Slowly bend my head downwards and keep it there for a few moments. Your hands might help in doing this.
