i'm 13 and my parents aren't legally obligated to monitor my email

why not just get a yahoo/gmail account

Make a new email, don't tell anyone about it. Problem solved. If it asks what age you are, lie. No one will know.

I think the law is that they are allowed to monitor his email, but they don't have to.
