Author Topic: Little Bear - Emily's Family.  (Read 1217 times)

So I've been watching Little Bear randomly and recently. I have to say Emily's family is just plain crazy.

The only humans in the show and they don't mind living in a forest with animals that apparently can talk.

Emily's Grandmother - Old, crazy and possibly senile. She seems to travel to lots of places but why? Her crazy attitude makes me wonder what happened to her husband and Emily's mother and father.

Emily - She has a slowly developing love interest with a bear.

Tu-tu - The only animal that can't talk, what's up with that?

Lucy (The doll) - Just what is this doll up to? This doll may be silent to others but she is nothing but a chatter box when speaking to Emily. If we learned from past show characters such as Plank (Ed, Edd N Eddy) and Stump (Angry Beavers) it shows that we can't even trust Lucy for one second. Who knows what Lucy is planning?

You'll watch this but not ponies?

He is completely 100% naive when it comes to Emily. He can't see she really likes him.

I can pull up plenty of episodes to strength this fact. The most obvious sign was when Fisherman Bear marries Lucy.

Emily is obviously a furry

I used to watch this show when i was younger, but i never really thought about it like this..

It only becomes obvious when you mature yourself.

Oh man nostalgia, good times

It's been so long since I've seen this show I can't enter the conversation :(

I watched this show all the time when I was younger.

Now when I see the toothpaste commercial, I just roll my eyes at it.
