Cant find eval?

Ive looked in RTB fourms and on here and cant seem to find eval, anyone mind pointing me in the right direction?

It's just that people are stupid and make people superadmin which allows them to use it and then they forget their everything.
Other than that it's very VERY useful.

It allows Super Admins to access your console.

I tried to make protection against certain commands in one I had, but gave up on it when the list got too huge. RTB's GUI Downloader has this problem, since you must bind commands to the buttons, but Ephialtes limited what can be put on it instead of disabling anything specific, which works better but less useful.

In my evals, the only thing I block is crash.

Because obviously we don't want to crash.
