I did offer help and loaded my build layout for city stuff for him he insulted it and then started saying stuff at me I just left

I would recommend not continuing this... I have seen 3400x worse though...   Commander45's RPG is like spamania...   Just get some training of doing better builds from other people... Create a server thats the name:
"building help!!!"  Then it would usually get some attention.
