In other news, Hurricane Irene, turned out to be just a thunderstorm for where I live, so I'm fine.

The way I fixed my server is just by checking off "Disable UPnP" under the Network tab in the options. If that doesn't work, try forwarding your ports. I don't know how to on Windows, so good luck with that.

Well according to the link put up by Ev, 2:00 in New York (where I live) in MST is 13:00:00. Which is 1:00 in MST, 4:00 for New York.
