I'd say I'd rather play TBM, but it got abandoned before all the features got put in correctly. RTB is relatively complete in it. I'd play if I didn't feel like Retail was having more fun.

a game like that is only interesting if there is an active community. and it defiantly doesn't have one.

When it was active, mods were awesome. But it had little protection against attacks, hidden exploits, and stuff. That's why Blockalnd disallows non-standard .dso files.
