Well, I always had a problem with Gif's, and Gifsoup wont let me upload one, can you suggest me good Gif creators that use Youtube URL's?

anyway just download the video off youtube, split it into frames using a video editor, and stitch the frames into a gif using something like the gimp

I have cs5, and that's a REALLY good tool for GIFs.

I dont have photoshop, plus, I just want one of those really simple ones, as in, Converting the youtube vid, then showing where you want the .Gif to start and end.
