Why does the terrain turn light blue?

thats what i've been trying to get across for the last 12 pages or so.

you need to edit the fog
THE FOG IS TOO LOW!

or reset the terrains detail map..though this would not do somthing like this
so its the fog

no the terrains folder changed i learned that when converting Blocktopia
