My favorite meals that I can make during a school day:
Breakfast: Ham with a bit of caramelized brown sugar on it, served in between two mini-bagels with 2 eggs, mixed to the point where it is mostly yellow, but not scrambled.
Lunch: Kaiser Rolls with pastrami and Swiss cheese, sided with left-over potato salad and a glass of milk.
Dinner: Pea soup, slow cooked the previous day with a chunk of ham in it.
