Author Topic: Dodger - Trying too hard to be different  (Read 5764 times)

Metal is stuff, country is where it's at.

Man, we're polar-opposites.

Miika, I see your frustration. Do your best to not rage at Dodger, you just have to explain to him why this is frustrating. Why it's not okay to put on a face that parades around his "different/better" music tastes. I like metal, I like rock, I like just about anything that sounds good to me, or anything I can truly appreciate musically. Sure I may hate some music with a burning passion (country, most rap, etc...) i can respect that the artist made it big with their music, and that what they do is still an art.

See, you just can't rub those kinds of opinions in someone's face. I may be stating the obvious, but it just makes you look like a desperate kid trying to fit in with everyone and be the outcast that everyone wants to hang out with. I think you all understand this already so i'll leave it at that, but Dodger, know that I'm pretty damn disappointed at you for this.

Nice forum selecting skills, Miika.

You wouldn't even be here if not for me and Robo.

Then we also have his so called split personality called "Stacey". This "Stacey" would pop up in a normal conversation between us, going all handicap on me.
If Dodger has DID he has bigger things to worry about than music.

While what music is good is just an opinion....

There's not a single genre I don't like. I can enjoy a country song, I can enjoy a heavy metal song, and I can enjoy a Dubstep song.

There is only one country song I like, and it's more rock: Green Grass and High Tides by The Outlaws. It has a southern twang to it, despite the fact it's rock.

What about The Devil Went Down to Georgia?

What about The Devil Went Down to Georgia?

Ooh, that too, but there's a Primus cover of that so it's okay. I drum to that all the time.

I rarely listen to music.

eyup

i have a split personality....

DONT LISTEN TO HIM HE'S CRAZY!

ohhh looks like someones got their panties in a knot.
I love all sorts of music.
I love KoRn!
People have opinions.
Get your period over with and deal with it.
No loving stuff, but that's still not a damn reason why you should cry to me about it.

Mainstream music is stuff and metal is better. Deal with it.
I don't even consider KoRn metal.

What does that even have to do with anything, stuff, you're stupid.

He doesn't. Ever since I've been talking to him, I have to admit, I've been Psychologically attacking him. I'm surprised I got away with it too...
