I'll give you a legitimate answer.
There's server software called Shoutcast that allows you to broadcast music, I make use of it at
SilverBeach RadioThere are a few Shoutcast hosts that are
free, but they're generally of relatively poor quality. Once you find a host, your easiest option is to download WinAmp and the Shoutcast plugin for it available
here for windows only.
If you want a step up from that, you can buy Virtual DJ, which is what I use when broadcasting on Silverbeach so I can broadcast songs at 320KBPS which is high-definition, but in your case your music is probably at 182KBPS anyway and I doubt your internet would support that kind of upload. Plus, you'll have to learn how to DJ using the program, here's a screenshot to give you a good idea of how it works.
