Also all tools MUST Be Free

nope, doesnt work that way son.

Just start a real radio station.
I have one.

Costs money to host a server, along with connections.
And I believe it's monthly.

You need a server and some sort of streaming software, not sure how it works exactly but I guess you could host one from your computer using an SVN server program

That site that Ghost uses.

Record voice
Put in video witj pictie or somethin
Youtu e
Mhmmm

online radio is not free, they make their money via sound and visual adds. if you want some free stuff just post it on youtube, just put a disclaimer so it doesn't get flagged for some stupid stuff like music copyrights or vulgarity. starfish kids on youtube flag anything that is against what their kindergarten teacher taught them.

Then there's no way you can do it.
It's impossible unless you're willing to spend some money.

I'll give you a legitimate answer.

There's server software called Shoutcast that allows you to broadcast music, I make use of it at SilverBeach Radio

There are a few Shoutcast hosts that are free, but they're generally of relatively poor quality. Once you find a host, your easiest option is to download WinAmp and the Shoutcast plugin for it available here for windows only.

If you want a step up from that, you can buy Virtual DJ, which is what I use when broadcasting on Silverbeach so I can broadcast songs at 320KBPS which is high-definition, but in your case your music is probably at 182KBPS anyway and I doubt your internet would support that kind of upload. Plus, you'll have to learn how to DJ using the program, here's a screenshot to give you a good idea of how it works.
