Cannot host dedicated servers

I can't host dedicated servers. I've waited alot of time with "posting to master server" messages but it still doesn't appear in the server list. When i connect to my IP on port 28100, it still doesn't work. Please help.
And i do not need to port forward because this worked 1 hour ago,
