What supplies would you bring in a Zombie Apocalypse?

true, but I doubt the virus would take an airborne form, and I thought we were talking about the 'African Rabies' version of the virus, the transfer only by bite kind.

Sharkmesh could be a temporary alternative to dying. If the teeth can't break the skin, no bite. And in this scenario, the real danger would be other people, some would be crazy enough to shoot you on sight, then there would be the "feral" people, possibly separated from a parent at a young age, and in learning to fend for itself it has become hostile towards everyone, and incredibly dangerous.

It's still nutritious and a good choice of canned food if you can get it. Most people probably wont take it anyhow and just go for other canned foods.

Lets see, I would assume its best to safely travel through the country side/wilderness during the day since urban areas have a higher population which means there will be more zombies than you can shoot.
So I would take :

• Mosberg500
• Thick leather jacket for protection
• 60 12 guage buckshot(highbrass)
• A TomaHawk(to carry my family's native american history)
• A survival book and Agriculture book to learn to live of the land
• 2 boxes of 256 matchs
• Salt and Beef Jerky
• Can opener
• As many batteries I need and a flashlight
• A can of Sulfa or some antibotic, or a complete first aid kid
• 4 litres of water and as many chlorine tablets I find incase I come across water
• Combat books

Except much more substantial. Honestly, seeing as your choices will be limited, Spam is a good choice. I'm not saying it should be your first choice, but its still a good choice.
