Author Topic: Headphone static noise problem  (Read 1071 times)

This has been going on for many months now, and its very annoying.
If I have 2 processes with active audio such as Blockland and Youtube Video or Terraria and Minecraft or Minecraft and Winamp, I will start to get a static noise. This isnt just annoying, it also slows down my computer and hog my CPU usage.
Although if I unplug the headphones the sound will play correctly and wont slow down my computer or CPU.
I have already tested this with DS headphones and Sony Stereo headphones and I still get the static noise.

Does anyone have a solution for this?

If it slows down your PC, it has to be a software issue.

So is there a solution?

Either a problem with your audio drivers or a problem with the audio controller itself.

Check either your computer's manufacturer or your motherboard's manufacturer pages to see if they have any drivers for you to download.
