And what makes this all loving worse is that i am part of the 5,9000+ people who lost their power.
My apartments power is still out and i am at a hotel right now.

a bunch of people lost power in a storm last night, so it's not very pretty over here either. i'm lucky i didn't.

i was going to ask how you where posting, but then i saw you where at a hotel.

im sorry for you and all, but it did not require a thread.

I lost my power in that storm, it was out for a while but it got restored that night, luckily.

Hopefully everything gets worked out up there.

KUB is being rather lazy up in west knoxville.
I will get power by: Friday.
I guess i will use the no power time to read my books.
Oh and there's someone else who lives in the street i live in, claiming to have no power either.
He might live in the same apartment i live in.

Reminds me of the huge ice storm my town and a couple surrounding cities got hit with. Countless downed power lines, trees, and tons of damage to buildings. Most of them were without power for at least 2 weeks, and I had to go help my mom with Red Cross stuff.

That ice storm reminds me of the time my apartment almost got hit by a direct F3 tornado. This storm rained harder though.
Somehow nothing was moved or damaged.

And the two recent severe thunderstorms are red alert and nearly flooded the creek to the point it hits the driveway in less than 25 minutes.
The hill was 5-6 feet tall.
