a yellow ball

some time's when i'm on servers, i see a firey yellow ball flying around. but when i ask what that is, either i don't get an respons, or everyone says "i dunno." can someone that knows what it is tell me what it is?

If your an admin, you hit F8, a white ball appears, i like that effect :P

no, since the spy function is only in the admin menu.

Doesn't Spy still show the Camera particle? It's still the same camera, with you being able to push F7 and spawn there, etc.

Ok look.
When your admin, you can push F8 to bring up the "yellow ball" and move around with it. you push F7 to spawn where ever the "yellow ball" is.
You can also press Ctrl + A when your admin, to bring the admin menu, where you can click on a player name, and click the spy button.
Than, you will see the player you are spying, and you can rotate the cam around them using the mouse.
The player cannot see you when your doing this, and no "yellow ball" shows up.

oh! now i know what your talking about! i used this feature in single player mode to get around easier!
