Good headset for £15 and under?

I am considering getting a PC headset since people want me to use skype more often and whatever. I was looking at these but I'm not sure if they're good

Anyways, I would like you guys to see if you could find a better one at £15 or cheaper. The cheaper the better. I would prefer one with a mute thing on it
