How do I make a 100x70px picture in Paint.Net?

There are some games on the forum where they say they're 70x100 or 100x70, but when i resize to it in PDN it makes it really small, and the pixels are small. But on the adventures, the pixels are big, and the image is big. Here's an example.



ALSO how do I turn off AA in Paint.net?

There should be a drop down menu in PDN on the top task bar, near the end I think. It should have like a curvy line and 3 dots. Click that and select the one with anti-whatever disabled.

That's not what he's talking about. He's saying he couldn't find how to disable anti-aliasing, not resizing
