I showed the X-ray to my little brother and he almost stuff himself.

Well, I do remember having surgery on my mouth when I was 10. They stuck needles in my gums. Ewuh.

I had 4 teeth surgically removed in one sitting.

its called mouth cancer and smokers get it, but if its under the gum then it wuold be jaw cancer i think.

however its probly not cancer dont get so worked up over it.

Yeah, it's probably just tooth growing in an awkward position, I got several of those. :C
